Many restaurants have their own take on this recipe, but we’re confident that ours is the best, always prepared to perfection. Colombian sausage, 6oz stake with chimichiri, rice, romano beans, chicharron (fried pork rind), arepa, plantain, a slice of avocado, and fried egg to top it all off.
